How much notice is needed for orders?

We like to allow 1-2 weeks for the design process and dispatching. Then your shipping time is 3-5 days. With that said, we like to make all orders as soon as possible, so it is likely your product may arrive sooner.

Can you do any orders for a specific date/ under 2 weeks?

We are happy to accommodate any rush orders based on availability. Please drop us an email on info@ribbonsandvows.com and we will try our best. 

Do you provide gifts for events other than weddings/ bridal showers?

Yes! While we specialise in weddings and bridesmaid gifts, we can provide gifts for all occasions. For example, birthdays, christening, stag dos, mothers/fathers day, valentines, corporate event gifts or even just a treat for yourself (the list is endless). This is why you have the option for personalisation so you can amend any gift to suit your occasion. 

How do I personalise orders?

On ordering you will be prompted on personalisation options (what text and what colour) before adding to cart. If you do not require/want personalisation then please specify 'none' in the text box.

You will get a summary of your order before adding to cart. Please check your text and spelling thoroughly as this is exactly how it will appear on your product.

Can I request a product that is not on the website?

No problem! If you have an idea in mind we will gladly work with you to bring your dream product to life if possible. Please email us on info@ribbonsandvows.com to enquire. 

What is your returns policy?

We are confident you will not want to return your order due to the attention and care that is put into making them. As all items are personalised and bespoke they are final sale and non-refundable, unless faulty. 

If faulty please email us on info@ribbonsandvows.com within 24 hours of receiving your product with an image of the faulty item included and order number. Replacements for faulty items are not guaranteed unless approved by our team. 

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you would like to amend anything and where possible we will try accommodate.  

Where do you deliver?

Mainland UK only.

What are your delivery methods?

Hand delivery service is offered in Birmingham/ Solihull.

Otherwise, we ship via Royal Mail or Hermes.

Pre-filled Hamper Boxes are sent via Royal Mail/ Hermes signed for delivery.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping to Mainland UK is £3.99.

Are there any allergens in the food products?

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions then email us on info@ribbonsandvows.com before purchasing and let us know which product you were looking to get and we will email you the ingredient information. 

Most food products come labelled with ingredients so please read before eating. If not then please enquire beforehand.

How do I best take care of my personalised glass ware?

All personalised glassware/cups are handwash only. Due to the nature of the vinyl they are not suitable for microwave/ dishwasher.
